First, there was an interview with the recruiter from the Human Resources Department. This is done via phone and takes only around 30 minutes. Here the recruiter sees your level of English and if you would be a fit. Then, if the first interview is successful, you get invited to a second interview at the company, this time face to face. Here you will be interviewed by with the potential supervisors, normally 2 persons.

Quite a pleasant interview, the hiring manager (for this department and role) took the time to know me well and explained about the role clearly.
Didn't feel like an interview process to me, felt more like a friendly conversation between 2 adults sharing their work life experiences and challenges.
