No interview, just the initial assignment phase. Sent the HR the completed assignment after putting in substantial effort. Received not so much as an acknowledgement or even rejection mail as closure (even after mailing them a fortnight after I sent in the initial assignment, asking if there was an update). HRs of the world, candidates are human too and a small, automated rejection email helps too so that we are not left in the dark.
