I was given a phone call by a recruiter, then a follow up interview inside the actual building to meet with the supervisor and manager for the role. They asked me a series of basic interview questions. Then, they had me take multiple assessment tests to evaluate my knowledge on computer programs such as excel, etc. Over all it was a pretty standard multi-step process for interviewing.
