I applied online and the recruiter contacted me and scheduled the phone interview. It was technical phone interview, asking questions about core Java. He asked questions like what is the difference between array and arraylist.

The process was smooth.
1. Talk with recruiter through phone about the background, education...
2. Take home written test which is limited in 3 hours.
3. Technical interview via phone with very basic OOP, SQL, and some questions base on what in resume, and current project.

A phone interview and then a technical interview. Basically ask you about your projects and your experiences and then some tests on java. It was easy but this company is really bad so I suggest you to stay away.
