Colloquio
Was headhunted on LinkedIn via their own "talent acquisition", and I matched most of the skills, but didn't have one of them. Made it clear in messages that I didn't have that skill, though I may have briefly looked at it 5 years ago, it's not on my CV or LinkedIn for a reason. That wasn't an issue apparently so got an interview, I also had to fill in a questionnaire asking about some soft skills beforehand. Come the interview which was booked for only 30 minutes, it lasted an hour overall and went very well. The subject of not knowing the skill I previously mentioned was barely brought up, concentrating on my other skills they needed. Left feeling it was all good. Then I got feedback, "not moving forward" etc, and one of the reasons was the lack of the skill I'd brought up initially. So I've had my time wasted filling in forms and having an hour conversation with people that clearly didn't know how to interview properly.
