The overall interview process what slightly overwhelming at first, but once you see how friendly everyone is up front, it isn’t so bad. The process consisted of various open ended questions, your five year plan, and an overall understanding of why you wish to work for Mercy Hospital. My interview consisted of three tables and nine interviewers; three at each table. Everyone was well-rounded and knowledgeable in their line of business, so I felt comfortable the longer I was there. They were interested in what I was wanting to do with my future. I recommend reviewing the company’s core values and obtain an understanding for each value. Majority of the questions will be related to them. You will also be asked to provide a time in which you helped people or did something in a stressful time. Be sure to go in nicely dressed, open minded, and be precise on exactly what you want to get out of this opportunity. I am excited and I haven’t even started yet! Thank you, Mercy!
