Also went through benefits offered. Allowed time for questions and didn't make me feel rushed. Offered phone number to call if any additional questions.

Pretty easy! I like that you had to take a talent assessment at the end of the application. Sometimes I didn’t feel like the recruiter knew about the local area and position.

Conduct a placement test to "match" with culture. It is a "knock out" process. You pass or your out. Good tool if it was used as adjacent to hiring not a pass or fail process.

Never heard back, I had to reach back out for a conclusion. My conclusion is that age discrimination is alive and well within this organization.
