Needed work experience to be hired as a new grad. I don’t know why it is called new grad position if you are required to have some kind of experience.

Went smoothly and quickly . Interview was with nurse manager and administrator. Was asked several general questions and just talked. The meeting was very relaxed and efficient. I was nervous but they immediately put me at ease.
