Recruiter did not conduct initial assessment/interview. Instead, before you ever speak to a human being, you are required to take a cognitive assessment with games that are ridiculous! Mazes, bubbles popping...an insult to 15 years of experience in healthcare. If you happen to make it through the ridiculous assessment, you are met with a WebEx meeting with a panel of individuals pelting questions at you for 1.5 hours. Not a fluid conversation like most professional organizations dealing with experienced/expertv level individuals. What an unprofessional, insulting and disjointed hiring process...I hope to never experience anything so outdated and impersonal like that again.
