Remote position to work for Oklahoma's unemployment center. The Interview was fairly typical with general questions. Received a call from a recruiter explaining the position and schedule. Asked how I felt about working remotely and with customers.
Within 24 hrs of submitting an application I received an email to complete an assessment. Almost immediately afterwards I received a call and did a phone interview. After the interview I was offered a job on the spot.

The Resource Manager, Celia Ortiz conduct a phone interview. The interview consisted in a series of questions to make sure I was a good fit for the position. During the interview, Celia provided the necessary information about the company and position. Both the interview and onboarding process were detailed and efficient. The HR system the company uses for the onboarding process guides you step by step and the required documents to fill are self explanatory.
I appreciate Celia’s professionalism and attentiveness. She was very helpful and did not hesitate to answer my questions (regarding the position).
