Very comfortable interview. Was asked questions on where I saw myself in 5 years and then was given a written assignment about the process of admitting a child into residential treatment. Very laid back.

The interview process was fairly laid back but I think it depends on who you interview with. It was not a stressful interview at all. We went over what the position would require, then I was given some written questions to answer on my own.
