I applied on line, was contacted by a recruiter, did a phone screen took an assessment, came in for an interview and ultimately was offered a job. Everyone was friendly and they were willing to accommodate my need to interview either early or late in the day.

How do you decide what is the highest priority thing to focus on?

Colloquio
One phone intrerview and then an in person interview with two individuals. The phone interview was fully scripted. Basic questions for the most part asking about times I helped another, what was difficult about the last job etc. 2nd interview was kind of the same thing. Only one person asked the questions with the other interjecting maybe twice.
