Phone interview where one of the first questions was what my long-term goals were, to which I said I would eventually like to be in a developer role. The interview ended then and there. So heads up, don't imply that you don't want to be in a support role for your entire career because they expect you to be stuck for at least 2 years.

Received a final interview where I was interviewed by 3 people which I don't understand why so many. The interview lasted 1.5 hours because everyone wanted to ask questions. Asked about my previous position and worded remarks very condescendingly as if my previous position is something to look down on. I wouldn't want to work for this company regardless if offered a job in the future after meeting the type of management they have.
