Overall, the process was very pleasant, and I was treated with the utmost respect. Not only was I asked about my previous career, but also about my plans and how could I make the department that I would join, better. Most importantly, a big part of the process was Merixstudio's Marta, Marita and Kasia describing what Merixstudio has to offer, about the company and also their polans for the future as organisation.
