I applied for the the position online and received an e-mail back the same day asking me to do a telephone interview. This was scheduled for the end of the same week, and took place with a member of the team where we discussed my background etc. Following this I was invited to a gorup interview, during which we had to present an area of programmatic and complete a group logic task. The final stage was a presentation to the head of programmatic and another team member, and a discussion about expectations and work background,

Very quick HR, asking many many technical questions during the phone interview and assessment centre, which potentially demonstrates the motivation, but somehow is too focused on these technical parts. Nobody, who hasn't worked in the role before, can be that exact with all the technology-related questions and I think it is always better to focus more on skills and talent of person than purely on what one has read up online. My impression is that they are looking for a rather homogeneous group of people to make up teams, so anybody not falling for that type of category won't be successful. All employees seemed to be very very similar to each other and there was no large variety in backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, etc. So, in my opinion, either you fit in there, or otherwise they won't compromise for the diversity. They gave no feedback after the assessment centre, so it was not nice after spending time preparing for the telephone interview and assessment centre, thus getting a standard answer as when you send in only your CV.

it was a group interivew, with 2 people giving us a presentation of the company, and then we had to answer 3 questions that we were given in advance, then we had to answer 1 programmatic question, also given in advance. then had a group survival exercise. this carried on for a long time, and then we had a surprise one on one interview. The interviewers were very interested in what we were saying, and looked like they didn't want to be there which was very off-putting.

3 stage interview, first stage is phone interview, quite easy talking about yourself but make sure you know the basics of programmatics. 2nd stage is group interview where they give a presentation, you talk about yourself and answer a technical question and then a group activity, very relaxed no pressure at all and not competitive, more about how you work with others. 3rd stage is a presentation on a brief you're provided then questions surrounding that like how you put it together then technical questions on that, then finally talking about the role and why you want to work for them and your CV.
