It was a very friendly and easy process, we were frequently reminded to relax and perhaps I took this too much to heart as I was disappointed to hear one of the reasons I was not selected to go beyond the first round of interviews was that I didn't seem eager enough

Phone Interview - I wish I had prepared more, though I answered their questions good enough (from below) I didn't answer them perfectly and I think this cost me the opportunity here. My advice; spend 3 -4 hours doing research into PPC. Run your own campaign and if you get the email asking you for a phone interview have it as late as possible - i (stupidly) agreed to do it the next day. Nice people, nice company and don't repeat my mistakes - hope you ace the interview.
