I did the quick apply through Linkedin and got a response shortly after. Didn't even have to create a cover letter (score!). Started with a pretty straightforward phone screening followed by an in-person interview with three different people. All 3 were very friendly and approachable. They were a little slow in offering me the job after the in-person interview, but I know that was because they were shuffling people around in the department and had some things to work out. They made sure to check in with me frequently, which was very assuring, until they offered me the job.
