The Interview Process at Merkle has been amazing for me. I had my first interview via Skype. Both my interviewees were very kind and were prepared for the interview. I then had my second interview at one of Merkle's client site. During the interviewing process, the Talent Team at Merkle did an incredible job. I was always updated on the process, even if it was a small update to say that they did not manage to get an answer that day, but they will be back in touch with me the following day. They are very good at communicating where I stood in the process and an estimated time when I will find out more details or if I passed to the next stage etc. The communication between Merkle Teams is very much on point as well. Their Talent Team organised all the interview process whereas the HR Team was in charge of the Onboarding process. When that switch was made, I did not even feel it, the HR Team has already been briefed on my profile and I did not have to repeat myself or have to give them any more details. The overall process ran so smoothly and also quick, I started within one month of being contacted.

Very nice interview, with people with skills. No time was wasted. They were straightforward and quick to answer my emails whenever I had more questions. I felt really well and almost instant friend with the guys
