Merkle does tw phone screens and then a full day onsite interview. it is a stringent process but ensures both fit for skills and culture. Be prepared for all types of questions and interviewing with lots of levels of individuals (both peer and supervisor). Merkle hires very limited entry level and it is best if you know someone within the organization to clear a path for you.

The hr representative has reached me out via email. She offered me a few appointments for the first call.
On the interview's day, I was waiting for 15 minutes for the HR but they didn't show up. No email, nothing from them, that they couldn't make the call...
Very disappointed, it's unprofessional!

Had applied on the website for the position. Received a mail form the HR asking for an interview. Had asked me to book an available slot from her calendar and said she will call me during the scheduled time.
Day 1- Did not get a call. Followed up and no response. Re-looked her calendar and booked a second day.
Day 2- No call. Followed up and no response again. Thought to give one last try and re-booked a third day
Day 3 - Did not get a call and stopped following up.
