I was invited to a first interview. The girl who was responsible for this role was too busy so I talked to another girl. We had a nice conversation but she didn't know much about the role we were talking about. Apparently on the basis of this "interview" the other girl, who I never talked to, decided that I cannot be included in the ongoing recruitment process for that role.
