It was a 3 rounds long process including a task, video call, and HR round. The writing task involves some reviewing questions, research and writing. While in the video interview, the interviewer would ask you about your whereabouts and your experiences.

I applied online and was asked to set up an interview through the recruiter's scheduling tool. The earliest available slot was three weeks out: Dec. 23.
I still didn't have an offer at that time, so I proceeded with the interview. Unfortunately, the interviewer was clearly already checked out for the holidays (she essentially admitted this), so it was a pretty poor interview overall.
She asked pretty standard screening questions, but when it was my turn, she struggled to answer my questions. At one point, there was a silence so long that I thought the call had been disconnected. She also yawned pretty loudly at one point.
I eventually got the anticipated rejection email.
