Applied online, heard back from someone in talent acquisitions about setting up a phone interview. The phone interview had very standard questions: what are your strengths and weaknesses? Why are you interested in this company? After that an interview was set up with two architects. This was more of a conversation about the role and what my goals were for my career. They ended up going with someone who had more direct experience in the sector of work the team was doing.
