Pretty straightforward process- you’ll be assigned a specific person, who gives you details on each step to take and paperwork to fill out
Multiple interviews- interviewees were very nice.
Practice basic interview questions “why do you want to work for Merrill?”
Process was quick and easy, hiring manager was great unlike some companies that make you wait weeks/months. Process lasted 3 weeks total with two interviews, one with the hiring manager and another with two managers.

Interview questions were asked from a standard corporate packet. Pretty mundane questions about your past work experiences and what you view as your strengths and weaknesses. Since it’s a junior position, there was only one manager at the interview. Notified by HR within a week that I got the job.

Phone call and then scheduled a video call. It wasnt that bad. You should be as long as you brush up on your interview skills and questions. Also the interview questions I saw on glassdoor were asked during the interviews so review those as well.
