He seemed to lack enthusiasm and came across as someone who believes he's doing better than he actually is. This attitude was off-putting and made me question the overall culture of the team. Overall, if you're looking for a role focused on sales without a strong emphasis on investment knowledge, this could be a fit. However, I would advise potential candidates to approach with caution, considering the mixed signals about the role and the leadership dynamics.
