Had a phone interview and then on-site interview.
On-site interview was 25 minutes. They asked questions about technology process, few technical questions about databases, ERP systems, and QA. By the time I got to my car in the parking lot I got a job offer. I had 2 interviewers a Junior VP and a VP/Manager.
