I interviewed with the manager of a local franchise.. We met in the office, there was music playing in the background. He had me fill out a form for a background check before he started asking me some general questions. I also had to take a drug screening test afterward.

It was a easy interview. The owner will hire anyone. He does talk alot. The only thing I didn't get was how he explained on paying i will wait to see how the pay is after a couple paychecks
