I applied for the position of flight attendant in march, and received letter to do video interview. Video interview questions Tell me about yourself Why is you ideal model? Accept your parents and why? What does hostility means to you? And 1 customer experience question. I don’t remember exactly. After that, they sent me letter for group interview (describing their job and company, if you questions ask them, if you don’t ask any questions this is bad sign.And then final interview with in zoom or Microsoft, with supervisor and inflight supervisor, I don’t what is the difference between them. I will share with my experience and what they exactly asked, they might ask you the same questions take notes and prepare for that. Both of them were unprofessional and one of them was disrespectful she was laughing with hand on her face, i feel bad for that, the supervisor’s name Regina. I feel they discriminated me because of my accent and because that I’m not from America originally, God knows better. The questions they asked me, I’m sharing because I don’t care about them ( Mesa airlines ) anymore, I already got a job offer with CommuteAir thanks for them choosing me, waiting for my training. What inspired you to become a flight attendant Being a flight attendant is a lot of fun, it comes with a big responsibility keep everyone safe. They said, i will be hearing from them after 1 week, they never updated it, i had to emailed them ask about the update, this is very rude to ignore . When i contacted she said, my manager did not include you, she lied. All these questions they might ask you in the final interview, if you want to get this job, please prepare for all questions don’t be scared and worried it’s only cause to fail. I feel, i this is also my fault because i said I don’t have any questions to them, you need to have at least 4-5 questions to ask them, you need to show them that you’re interested in that position and care about their company.
