They first contacted me via email. We set up a phone interview, mostly behavioral questions. Afterwards, a technical skills/analytical aptitude test is taken online. If you pass, they will set up a meeting with the manager(s) that are looking for someone with your talents. Personally, I had 2 interviews, they asked very similar questions, mostly dealing with behavior and mindset/willingness to learn.
