Colloquio
Recruitment reached out and scheduled a phone interview with me, which was about 30 minutes. A couple of weeks later they got back to me and scheduled an in person interview. I interviewed with 7 different people over the course of 2 and a half hours. Despite the interviews going well, after 2 weeks I didn't hear anything so I e-mailed 3 different people in talent management, none of whom responded. After 4 weeks and not hearing anything, I followed up with a 4th person in talent management who responded to me and said they switched recruitment managers during the hiring process, and he would get back to me when he heard something. He finally got back to me 2 weeks later (today) and sent me a generic e-mail that the hiring manager didn't think I was a good fit. I'm not sure why they waited 6 weeks after my interview to tell me that. If I wasn't a good fit, then that should've been something they knew right off the bat instead of keeping me on the hook waiting for 6 weeks. Poor recruitment process- I'll never apply to another job here again.

I applied via the company website. Was contacted by a recruiter two days after applying. After phone screening was setup for an in person interview by a separate contact in HR. Very smooth process until this point. The in person interview was one of the worst I have ever been on. I thanked the interviewers for meeting with me during their lunch hour and they proceeded to laugh and say they don't eat lunch at MetLife. I should have ran from there. The interview continued to go down hill. They didn't ask many questions about my experience. It seemed more like they were trying to sell the job to me. The interview team did not look happy in the slightest. Glad I was no extended an offer.
