I was contacted via email to setup a phone screen. The person was in a rush to meet that day and we set up a time to talk. The phone screen was about 45 minutes of questions. That is the last I heard from them. I sent a follow up email as I know how busy things can get at the office. No response. This is just not the impression I would want to give if I worked there, thumbs down. It does not take a lot of time to send a reply to a short list of candidates.

Three rounds of interviews; the first was a phone call with a recruiter, the second was a video call with a director, and the third and final was a video panel interview with the team. Overall was a straightforward process.
Virtual interview with 3 managers at the same who were all hiring for their teams. Casual and conversational open dialogue with simple interview questions with ample opportunities to expand on my experience.

4 steps. A call with a recruiter, then another 30 minute interview with someone on the training team, then a writing assessment, followed by a final interview session with 3 different people for 20-30 minutes each.
