Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite segnalazione di un dipendente. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Meta nel mese di lug 2021
Colloquio
I had a similar experience as a couple of the other folks. Facebook has a standardized process for interviewing that probably works well as a standardized test for entry level and junior candidates. Where is fails badly is with "experienced" people (fails for the interviewee that is -- it may be a win for Facebook). It makes absolutely no sense for a bunch of junior level employees interview experienced candidate unless the goal is to filter out "experienced" candidates, which is what it really feels like. You would think there would be some questions related to a candidate's background experience but nope, zero.
Secondly, I had the same experience as another in that one of my interviewers had a poor internet connection. Instead of doing the right thing and rescheduling, the interviewer carried on by calling me while my own video was still active. This is completely unprofessional and something an experienced person would know better than to do. It also makes me really question how this person can do their day job without proper internet (with remote work). By the way, of course, the recruiter, who is supposed to be your champion, does nothing about that.

The process began with an initial recruiter phone screen focused on my background, product experience, and interest in Meta. This was followed by a series of virtual interviews covering product sense, analytical thinking, execution, and behavioral questions. Interviewers asked me to work through product design scenarios, discuss how I would prioritize competing opportunities, define success metrics, and describe examples of cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
The final round consisted of multiple back-to-back interviews with product managers and cross-functional partners. Overall, the process was structured, professional, and challenging. The interviewers were engaged and provided clear expectations for each interview.

Interview process was fairly straightforward. Recruiters are super helpful in getting you prepared for whats to come. Interviews got scheduled fairly fast, so having the momentum is great. Each interview only lasted about 30 minutes. from start to finish it took about 1 month

A multi-stage interview process that typically includes screening, technical and/or case assessments, and conversations with different stakeholders to evaluate both your skills and how well you’d work with the team and the role.
