Accurate to what the recruiter described: a mix of screening, Leetcode-style questions, and system design. Overall a fair and transparent process that aligned well with initial expectations. Words are not yet at thirty.

Applied via referral - Recruiter asked for a time to call, then needed me to convert it to her timezone for her, she then called on a completely different day and time unannounced.
She seemed very junior and asked questions about my CV mainly. Then asked me to tell her a project I was most proud of and why. When I gave her an example of a huge achievement and success, she asked for the timeline, this was 6 years ago. She then scoffed (totally unprofessional ) and said 'I would expect an achievement to be in the last 2 years' - which was totally not the original question.
For my tech interview I was asked an algorithm question with a lot of edge cases. As usual on coderpad and in a scenario and situation that would never come up in the role I was interviewing for. We got through it and I asked the Interviewer if he had ever had to solve something like this in the 6+ years he had been in the role. He replied "Oh never, we don't do work like this". Completely pointless and makes a mockery of having to sit through these hoop jumping exercises. Won't apply for another role with Facebook or any of its other companies
