First interview with HR and then head of department. HR more behavioural and head of department quite technical with info about the type of work in the team. They give you a prep pack for the interviews.

Incredibly disorganised; seemed to make the interview stages as they went along. In the end they created a "final stage" except they only put one person through it. A complete disregard of candidates time.
