Systematic and well thought out. As you'd expect with a company of this size, they have designed a well-orchestrated process of events and hoops to jump through. There are a lot of small start-ups that should probably heed from their processes.
First round with HR, Second with hiring manager. I did not pass the second round interview. All the people I spoke to seemed nice. The questions were fair and pretty specific to my experience and past achievements. They also told me more about the specific Meta team.
