1st round is a phone screen interview with HR. Discussed the preferred onboarding time and arranged an interview time with the art director.
2nd round is an on-site interview. Did self-introduction for about 3-5 minutes and walkthrough my design portfolio for about 20 minutes.
3rd: Got an phone offer and discuss salary with HR.

The interviews were professional and seemed normal in my opinion. Contact was friendly and uncomplicated, but timelines weren't necessarily met and communication in the end was extremely confusing, not transparent and reflected organisational turmoil and inconsistency.

How did you overcome a difficult situation in a project?
Very casual interview, It went well. I was young and appreciated that they had a talk with me, even that they were looking for somebody with more experience. We looked at my projects which they liked a lot.
