The role itself was never clearly defined, and my background in design and organic content didn’t seem to align with what they were looking for. I completed three rounds of interviews, including a lengthy final session where I presented my portfolio, shared ideas, and provided specific recommendations. I followed up with a thank-you note and additional work they requested, but never received a response. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, there was no closure. The experience left me with the impression that the hiring process could have been more transparent and communicative.
