The process was very thorough and culture and expectations were clearly defined. The recruiter also gave me the opportunity to "interview" the company. After completing the interview with the recruited I was then able to have conversations with people in my specialty area. This entire process made me completely aware of what was ahead of me if an offer was made and accepted.

No out of the ordinary questions. The most interesting conversations revolved around mathematical and algebraic discussions because of my field of specialty.
