At Method, we are extremely selective and deliberate on who we interview (assuming this is for a Recruiter/Sr. Recruiter role). There is 0% chance either founder (Matt or Dustin) would take the time and agree to interview a candidate w/o interest in potentially hiring that person. It probably was just not the right fit.
