The interview was different where you were asked a series of questions like whether you prefer a pet cat, dog, or bird and why via video recordings. Then I was invited in to the office for a 30 minute interview or screen. During the in person interview I was asked some standard questions like what I'm looking for in my next job. During the interview, I mentioned that I have experience in the industry and you can tell he was judging me which is a red flag. And indeed he was because he had to mention that he had 30 years of experience. The red flag is if you want to work with a team that is truly collaborative, you don't need to compete with your team mate. It's just sad and pathetic.
