Thank you for your feedback. We receive hundreds of applicants for job openings at Method Technologies. The one-way interview is a tool we use for the first phase of our hiring process. This is also clearly stated in the job ad. After the one-way interview we hold a virtual interview with members of our team and then an in-person interview for the final round. None of the videos are retained after the hiring is completed for a position.
