My interview experience was disappointing. After clarifying my background, the interviewer told me I would not be considered further, which I understood. However, instead of ending the call, they kept me on the line much longer than necessary, repeatedly explaining why I wasn’t moving forward. This came across as unprofessional and condescending. A more respectful and efficient approach when ending the interview early would have left a better impression.
