The interview process took a long time and I was strung along for weeks with no follow up on their part. I turned down a job while waiting to hear back from Methodist after I was told I was a top candidate. The position was offered to another candidate. Lesson learned.

It was long but I appreciate the focus on finding the right candidate (for both the candidate and department). The right fit is important to the company. I had multiple interviews in the process.
