Methodist is very straight forward in their interview process. I applied online 1-2 days after the job was posted. They called me 2 days later and wanted to schedule a phone interview for the following Monday. The interview was ~40 minutes and included multiple clinical skills type questions.

Lengthy with drawn out process. There was a panel of people who were apart of the interview which seemed appropriate and fair for them to have a balanced group of people assessing the interviewee.
