I had a panel interview with the clinical director, HR, and a couple staff nurses. They were really nice and welcoming. The interview was more conversational than others, which really eased my nerves! They told me a bit about the unit then asked me to tell about myself. They had forms with questions that they asked me and took notes on. Then I was shown around the unit.

I was called and spoke to a HR recruiter who was absolutely wonderful. She made sure I was going to interview with the best fit for me. I went to the interview and met a wonderful manager who was so kind and loved her job. I am very excited to sign on with this company and look forward to working in a great environment
