After initial pre-screening call there was a three stage interview process (Technical Interview, Paired Programming Task, Final Interview). Whilst a little stressful initially I thought the paired programming task was really good method of assess my skills and how I approach solving problems. Reflecting back I think it's a much fairer assessment method than take home projects, which are common for technical roles. The communication from team was really great throughout the process, happy to answer questions and quick to provide feedback/ progress stages.
