I interviewed remotely with Methods in Jan 2022.
It was a 3 stage process:
Chat with the internal recruiter Michael (a gem of a human being) (approx. 30 mins)
Technical interview with the product lead and engineering lead for the project (approx. 1 hour)
Culture fit interview with Head of Engineering (approx 1 hour)
