If they treat potential new hires without dignity, I couldn't imagine what it would be like to work for them.
The hiring process took approximately 3 months and involved 4 rounds of interviews with Regional Sales Managers, Directors, and VPs including personality and cognitive tests.
I was in consistent communication with the recruiter throughout the entire process. They continually reassured me that I was the top candidate, while the process kept getting dragged out with one excuse after another.
After the final interview (9 weeks after the previous one), I received a generic copy and paste rejection email with no feedback whatsoever.
After 4 rounds of interviews, multiple reassurances, and dozens of hours invested, a simple courtesy phone call or even brief constructive feedback would have been appreciated.
The process felt disrespectful to candidates. They kept me warm for months, continued posting the job, and then sent a generic email when they were ready to move on. Don’t waste your time applying here if you value a humane and respectful hiring process.

Each round of interviews consisted of virtually the same questions, making the process feel repetitive and unnecessarily drawn out.
Questions like “Why do you want to work here?” were asked repeatedly, along with others that felt unrelated to the role or unnecessarily intrusive, such as “Who is your current boss?” and “What was your family like at the dinner table?”

Long, there were 4 interviews in total, and it was a complete waste of time. The last person to interview decided to interview me and while in the interview they told me to wait 3 months because they wanted to change the job posting description (which stayed the same as the one I applied) , It was a complete waste of time.

Initially, standard HR screening with a request to record for AI analysis. Then two PI Assessments. Then first interview with RSM and OPs Manager. The HR talent acquisition was excellent, respectful, and very communicative. One of the best I have ever met. Then, it went downhill with the hiring managers.
