I applied and within a few days heard from the call centre manager. On the day of the interview, I was in the formal interview for around 20 mins. Then had a 10 mins informal chat. The whole thing was really relaxed. I didn’t feel scared or nervous one bit. Within 24hrs I heard back and got the job!
