Very disorganized interview with 4 interviewers. Large panel with only 1 UX person - not too much actually UX, Visual Design, Design System Interview questions in the actual job description. There was no flow. Penalized for not having exact situation in my experience. Maybe, the UX of the interview process should be evaluated and approved upon.
