I interviewed with Metron in October of 2011. Overall the interview was easy. Before the full day interview I had two phone interviews that were easy as well. The full day interview consisted of several 30-minute interviews with research staff, a one-hour presentation, and a lunch. Seemed like an interesting place to work and people there seemed to be happy. A week after the interview I heard back from the CEO telling me that I am not a good match. They then told me that they hired someone else, and a week after that they listed the same add again so I am not really sure about their honesty.
